how do you put together a DeLonghi DCU62 commercial coffee maker?

I bought it off ebay and I’m not sure if I have all the parts. The top will not stay on. There’s a tray, rod and spring on the inside and that’s it.

How do I use my coffee maker?

I have a Delonghi brand coffee maker – it’s silver, with 3 buttons. I pressed one of them and it is blinking red – i have only added water to test it out first and can’t find the instruction manual!
